anyway! i havent checked back on my blog in ages ever since my last comment on my tagboard. so how was it that i randomly decided to come here? i was stuck btwn deciding which tutorials to get started on first and i thought i'd just listen to some songs on my blog. im talking to myself wow.

lots of stuff going on currently, and will continue to pile up in time to come. syf, dance night, dance camp, and the many many lessons and homework i've got which never seem to end.

nth really special to talk abt currently but hmmm. my breaking/popping mentor left for aus to study =( though havent had the time to practise with him before he left either, i'll miss the times man. thanks to the dude whose taught me much - matthew =)

woo im back from my 2 wk trip to taiwan! the food there's great. i realised chou tofu (smelly beancurd) is damn nice to eat lol. the smellier the better wahahahah. travelled from taipei all the way to gaoxiong passing by all the smaller counties on the west side and went back to taipei thru the east side. basically i visited every almost every county of taiwan =D i've got 1391 pics so i'll take forever to post them up so i shall start now! btw theres quite some funny english on some of their signboards lol. snapped pics of some =D

so far the hols has been packed with school activity. dance, meetings, revision lectures, etc etc. recently i finally got axed out from orientation team lol. kinda expected it looking at my results =X but its quite sad. really wish i could stay in there. everyone working and havin fun tgt. will miss those times with song n dance comm. u guys rock. at least we got the batch dance and song done before the few of us left. well done to all hahahah. next yr if i see the batch dance, i can say "hey my grp choreoed that, and i was part of it!" despite having to leave now, i've no regrets goin for the interview, getting thru, being part of grp 3 (part 3 of batch dance) and staying those extra hours for it. cheers to song n dance comm! these pics go out to song&dance comm!(heh. koped from cheryl's facebook) rock on and make next yr's orientation a big banggg!

pathetic turnout for pt yest. discussed nat day perf. big ideas. 3 weeks. is it gonna work?

went for dance garage by smu eurhythmix yest evening. felt the first half was good but a bit lackin on the syncro but 2nd half was a blast. energy on stage was constantly at the peak. superb. managed to video some parts of the 2nd half down but the video size was soo big i cudnt even squeeze 20 mins into 2gb.

after the perf, we're thinkin like if we were ever in a performance like that we'd be over the moon. music and dance makes the world go round. damn it sure made us feel like dancin after watchin. got some pics despite my efforts to squeeze as much video as possible. love the lightings and backdrops. of course it wudnt have been so enjoyable w/o great company. lots of thanks goes to jinfu who got us the tickets which he really didnt have to actually. otherwise, we wud have missed that great performance.

pity some pple had to head home straight after the show ended. some of us had ice cream at BnJ's before leaving. on the way to the mrt station, the nightsky was soothing. its been a long time since i felt so relaxed merely by walkin down the dimly lit pavements. what a great day =)

im thinkin of random things that i cud have blogged abt during this period where it was like dead. o yea lol. had this moe contemp auditions for national day. super cmi. i was laughing throughout the whole thing coz i cudnt get the steps right. o well. congrats to the girls incl the cdancers who got in =) work hard haha. even though u girls can't perform for nat day in sch.

nat day's in 3 wks + time and we've gotta come up with an item. ideas are pouring in but i wonder wat its gonna be eventually. i remember the time where butter factory's item was produced from scratch in 9 days though the no. of pple who turned up was pathetic.

it was esther's bdae today lol. munir and faris came into econs lesson 45 mins late with a cake in their hands. wat a way to sneak into the classroom. they came in and interrupted evan's lesson by singing bdae song, makin random pple say stuff abt esther, blowin out candles n cuttin the cake. of which were met with evan's displeasure but he couldn't exactly do anything but give an uneasy look on his face until the cutting of the cake where he said lets get over with the lesson b4 we eat the cake and munir tried to crap but evans immediately said "i don't care". comin from evans. wow. anyway happy birthday to esther =)

shit. its been so long since i posted sth. hols have been pretty much filled with visits to school. dun feel like mugging so soon but really quite afraid im just gonna die for the cts. oh well. so far we've had two perfs after dance night - butter fac n eunos thingy.

butter fac was not as fun as we hoped it would have been. the crowd wasnt large, neither was the mood high. that perf would have been great if there were pple gathering all arnd the dance floor but everyone even had the space to stand arnd the tables n chat n just look on at the dance as we bodywaved, talked, teased the air. the whole thing was like a school function =X the sad thing was we were kind of waiting for them to at least open the floor but the boring performances just went on n on n on. guitar, singing, band, band, band, band zzzz.

the eunos one was laoshi's item which brought back memories of dance night =) we managed to do the whole thing pretty nicely despite the small stage n small no. of pple (i screwed up a bit on my part though =X) well done to all those who were in the perf yay.

was at polo finals against hc. stupid rain came down during the 3rd quarter. zzz. heard that if the match was postponed they'd haf to play the whole match all over again. that wud be damn sad. but anyway when the match stopped rj was leading =D pro polo guys. throw damn hard wth.

o well i gathered my blog was getting a little dead. yupp.

dance nite's in approx a mth's time and we're preparing. theres like this new item which is really cool i wished i had tried for it. haha then again, i've got retro n laoshi though i dun mind having either bollywood/hiphop or the new hiphop. tix are kinda sold out on sat i tink. but be sure to grab those few left on fri yea.

today seemed to pass pretty nicely except for in econs. evans makes the lesson so bloody dead and we wonder why its the only lesson everyone's got their heads down. and coz like i put my head down on the table n naturally fell asleep for that instant and he had to choose to call me and i didnt hear him. then when i woke up n looked n him n realised he was talkin to me, all i heard was me being rude n stuff. im like -.-?!?!

wow pe was like. a let off from the past pe lessons where we just kept doing conditioning for napfa. it was frisbee n heh. frisbee is srsly a team game. at first we play play play until our team too imba alr. 14-2 or sth. then the tchr changed me to the other team then my new team started scoring another 2 more, gave the other team 2 more. i made a slight difference in the team but im no way gd enuff to change the game. im not even in frisbee. i look at the whole team clumping tgt except jiahao n faris n the tchr who kept attempting 3 man solo -.- obviously they died earlier on. the rest of the team was walkin arnd waitin for the frisbee to float into their faces where they attempt to catch n then with their buttered fingers drop the frisbee. (im not pointing at anyone)

i dunno why but im just typin n typin on. for me, i srsly believe that if u wanna play sth, u play it hard. u play it like that was ur only thing in life u cud do. i hate playing with pple who dun even try. haha thinking abt it, i remember sth that happened in tennis last yr..

didnt exactly make it to the first team for tennis coz of unfavourable conditions n circumstances, without which i should have been in. (of course wats happened has happened) then becoz i wasnt needed to train for the upcoming competition and due to the lack of courts, we were sent to ri courts to play amongst ourselves. there, i had to play this sec 3 (when i was sec 4) singles coz the other guys were playin doubles, and i srsly dun give a shit if he was that lousy n totally like a wimp. i dunno if i've ranted bout this b4 but yea. walking like an idiot not showing any interest in playing. and c'mon, when u haf an opponent like that wat mood wud u haf left to play? and the stupidest thing is. i've never walked, served, played like such a noob in my entire tennis life and guess wat he lost 6-0, every point in every game in every set i won except for few mistakes i made like serve where i popped it lighter than i did in pri sch mini tennis service. i hate such losers. i hate such pple who dun even try. waste my time n end up i get screwed.(wahahaha i remember how i kicked ryan teo's ass in mini tennis in pri sch. 6-0 in a friendly dudeeeee. eat that haha. i was such a gay placer i loved myself, but of course i was fat - cudnt run, that was a -ve point that caused me a finals 3rd singles match against nanyang after which i cried in front of all the sch supporters. wish u guys all the best in rj tennis now)

(shit this story's gonna be long) naturally i got pissed and for some reason i started ranting to pple arnd me bout it. and out of gd will, my ex-junior-capt tried to convey my thoughts to the coach but unfortunately in the wrong way where it came till the point i didnt noe how to explain myself further. almost quarrelled with my coach. but of course hes the adult he always wins. then apparently it was conveyed as i didnt wan to play someone as lousy as whoever that guy was. and wat my coach said to me was he cud get the proest player to come play with me and thrash me like shit, but its only wasting his time. this was when it all went wrong lol. if i wanted to i cud apply it to that idiot. somehow i cudnt bring myself to tell him that that guy's attitude sucked big time. i dunno why. i was stumped. i hate bad attitude. bet that idiot nvr knew wat i ended up in becoz of his shitty character, personality, attitude. sth i'll nvr forget when i think of pple with bad sportsmanship, bad attitude. haha anyway ever since that guy came into tennis, i was like how the heck did he get in in the first place. he sucked so bad during trials. swung racket n missed the ball totally. and he had such a stuck up face i wanted to smash badly, an attitude so bad i wanted to stuff it back up his face, a personality so wimpy he should just drop dead.

i wasnt even half that bad myself man. just that the tennis dudes in rj now worked harder than me last time, goin for outside trng n stuff, which i really cudnt bear to spend time nor money on in the past. but hey i ended up 2nd in sec 1 trials for making it into first team. coach decided to pick the 1st, 3rd n 4th guy. wat cud i say, wat cud i do? up till today, i dunno if that instant actly killed some of my passion for tennis, which gradually restricted my growth in passion for fighting it out hard to get into the team. for it once seemed that i fought hard n won. but despite my win, it was crushed by the mere decision of one n i hate to think that it actly stayed with me subconciously all this while. man, i sure miss tennis lots. the times we did pt, the times we played hard. we trained hard tgt n were happy. whacking balls is a pleasure. i look at the rj tennis team, and their season's starting in abt a wk or two's time. i cud imagine myself still in it. getting screwed by coach physically but coping with it all strong mentally. cheering for one another. guess i wudnt exactly see that happening now. but hey, once a raffles tennis player, always a raffles tennis player. i almost forgot to congratulate my juniors for clinchin the gold for b div. gratz dudes.

but well, im in the performing arts now, a dancer in specific. wat a term for a person like me. a person who changed his cca so drastically. but i love dance. i love the great people in it. lookin at how this whole dance nite is going, i cant imagine myself trying to choreo a dance for next yr's dance nite. but i noe its gonna happen. im gonna make it happen.

*rewinds to the past*
went out with some dance pple to catch step up 2 at vivo. pretty sad that less than half of us were able to make it (maybe due to it being quite last min). anyway this movie was different i would say, from the first step up movie. both great though i felt the plot of the first was nicer. the dances were great. everyone stepped out of the cinema feeling that groove/urge to move with the music in our heads. enjoyed the movie but everyone practically had to leave soon after. o well.

went studio wu for the first time. tried out beg hiphop followed by street jazz which went pretty well. they sure drill and make you learn fast. like a routine in an hr. enjoyed it. dead beat after prac n 2 hrs at studio wu. couldnt even bring myself to play pool when juls asked me to.

had a bad bad bad headache for abt 3 days ever since wed's prac. wasnt feeling too well even b4 prac. and the prac just had to have so much of freaking head shaking. i dunno if that was wat caused the nagging headache. during laoshi's prac when the girls were doin their routine i was one of those sleeping behind. coz i cud feel the headache coming. it was gonna explode my head anytime. and the thing was ms liaw came in. i didnt even noe. and i didnt even tell laoshi that i had a headache. then after prac they started saying they didnt wan to see pple sleeping n stuff again. made me feel guilty. tried to say that i really had a headache but it was not gonna sound convincing anyway. adults wanna hear the answer that they wanna hear. apologized. wat else.

lol. laoshi's perf was at bugis. there was some malay man whose apparently was cranky up there following the whole grp of us. counting the no. of us and like calling backup or sth. i tink he was like talkin to himself on the phone. lol. then he saw us walk down one street he went to the street parallel across and ran forward assuming that we were gonna walk down and tada we will be there where he expected us to be. but sadly, we went into this old old building where laoshi's perf was.

mm. laoshi's perf. quite abstract but the dancers were pro. after the explanation by the choreographer the performance made much more sense and i believe the explanation made the performance more appreciated. but the place was crammed =X no leg space blahh.

lol. a few of us were doin self pt after prac today. 6 speed rnds with chinup intervals in btwn each =X been some time since i last really ran. fitness sucks haha. but today's workout felt really gd after missing all that pt from tennis.

tennis definitely was the only thing keeping me that slightly bit fit for the past years. like how i managed to run down 8kg from pri 6 to sec 1 in matter of barely few mths coz of tennis. startin to miss it a little. the pt, the great guys, whacking the balls, and the baldie coach =P ri's having their tennis finals tmrw at kallang. gd luck guys. cant make it coz i've got prac. go raffles tennis!

ooohh. sch's officially started for quite some time and i realised i've been too lazy to blog. sat was pretty fun, poolin with og. aiya my pool a bit haywire alr. as julian mentioned previously "our pool quite solid one" =X wudnt exactly hold true after being away from it for quite some time. cant break properly zzz.

other than havin to constantly guard against pickpockets and weird suspicious pple, europe went pretty well.

a tad bit too long for a holiday in such a place. we always hear that places like france, italy are beautiful n romantic places but it was kinda different there. a lot of places were dirty and slum-like and they cant even control the issue of pickpocketing (I SHALL USE PP FOR SHORT).

my dad's fren got PPed and went to the police station. so the policewoman gives him the report and says "this is for ur insurance claim. be more careful next time. it is part of life."

1. the police cant be further bothered to catch PPs coz theres too many and uncatchable

a momentous occasion today. graduation ceremony for the class of '07. it got rather boring as the classes went up one by one. but it ended all well with the batch song and unite cheer(p.s. i havent figured out one part of the unite cheer =P)

had re congress finals yest. attendance was sheer pittance. pathetic state the hall and lt were in. less than half of each location was occupied. ponners -.- why cant all of u just learn to be as guai as me?!

o well we ended up w/o blazers kns. and the atmospher wasnt exactly prestigious. but we got a nice trophy and a cert. wheres my money pple?! my mum looked at the trophy and said "this looks like the glass dish malay families use to serve snacks." wow. wth.

had tennis sec 4 farewell today. had weights trng on onli thighs today and went to play soccer end up both thighs cramped till i cudnt walk. try to stretch quads, ham cramp and vice versa. i even busted my toe. it was bleeding coz stephen hwang decided to stick his leg out when i was just abt to clear. my toe went right smack into the side of his shoe sole. the hardest part of the shoe. blood.

spent over an hr lookin for lan or pool but no one was allowin us coz there were so many below 16s. ahh. ended up at plaza sing watchin the invasion. borin plot. alien virus comes, son is immune - can make vaccine, virus cured. world peace.

after gettin gold for interhse badminton 2 yrs ago. i decided to go for it once more. remember the medal being carved with baminton instead of baDminton. 3 sets. 21 points/set.

was darn nervous the first game wif bayley. fked it up. returns were too high and floating, waiting to be slammed on me. smashes kept hitting frame. all was just wrong. apologies to my partner malvine. sec 3 pro (non-badminton).

after chilling at the watercooler after screwing that first up, i was less tense. lost the next to moor. almost same prob as the 1st. form wasnt good but improved slightly from the first.

went to s'pore american sch on sat morn to aft. did some basketball clinic thing for special olympics. basically it was to teach the athletes how to play basketball. we helped out with random stuff. jj was leading this grp of athletes arnd and when his job was done he asked one of the angmoh in charge wat else he cud do. the angmoh say just stand arnd like your friends. they arent doing anything either. -.- wth lol. i was runnin up and down the cones with the athletes while they dribble the basketball thru em. faggot angmohs. then some of them make noise for the tiniest shit. bastards blowing whistles and sticking out their paunches. but it was pretty fun overall. we managed to shoot some hoops at the end. there were 3 singapore slingers guys there to grace the occasion lol. big they were.

today was a day filled with fked up teachers.

ksp damn weird la. pple ask to shift the paper on the visualiser slightly so that can see the last two words he tell them say they shud noe. so that was that. but when really cudnt understand w/o those words, pple asked again. he went CANNOT. -.-

tll was gettin on my nerves. forget the fact that she made us copy like photocopiers. she keeps repeating the point that some fag in my class told another teacher of mine that he wud rather copy powerpoint slides then listen to her teach. went to gym with a group of guys after sch.. didnt bother to do cardio at all. its so bloody monotonous. time passed pretty fast.. we were there for like an hr +. i may not look small or wat but i feel weak. despite the fact that i can win a good number of classmates in armwrestling o.O my strength is damn not proportional to my body la. can barely chinup -.- the irony.

after gym we all were makin our way to j8 and so were chatting on the way.. then like talking abt how we used to own in pri sch. lol. ivan was a champion in his sch o.o i was pretty much an elite mugger in pri sch. winnin prizes like a fag. then look at us now and again. =X. the slackness manifests itself as we develop o.o the irony.

2nd July'07 - happy youth day hols.

slept the night b4 at almost 3am piaing proj reports o.o

woke up at like 8.30 and tot i shud juz sleep for a while more till bout 9. amazingly slept till 10 wth.

went out wif sis to marina square. grabbed a footlong of cold cut trio sub n wolfed it down while walking.

stopped by evita peroni. sis got like 4 french combs, butterfly clips etc.. she onli browsed thru the section that was labelled 70% off o.o those stuff cost 50-60 bucks originally..

rushed to meet mum at raffles place mrt coz she took half day to enjoy youth day hols with us o.O went to vivo after that.

man my sis made purchases of abt 300 bucks in total.. and i wasn't exactly in the mood or need to buy anything.. shes gotta starve temporarily or sth man. payin my dad thru instalments coz my mum signed everything with my dad's card -.-

if i remembered correctly, my sis bought practically all dresses o.o 1 from chomel that came wif 3 big buttons, 2 from 37 degrees 1 from topshop and of course the hair accessories as well. surprisingly mum didnt stop her from buyin anything o.o

had dinner at food republic.. the ripoff heaven. claypot laksa, carrotcake, popiah. average tasting food despite the many adverts sprawled all over the stalls. $6.90 for 1 claypot laksa.. though it had quite a lot of ingredients.. 6.90?? and it didn't deserve to command such a price considering its rather average taste.

food repub's got stalls wif recommendations stuck all over their stalls but the fact that the pple they employ can't be bothered. they make a mess out of the dish n ruin the food's hard earned reputation..

for e.g at the laksa stall there were 3 pple. 1 cookin, 1 in kitchen, 1 at counter takin orders n picking ingredients into a bowl to be thrown into the laksa. that woman at the counter didnt even bother to ask wat we wanted to order. she was staring blankly into space o.o until her fellow worker nudged her to take the order. she took the order and picked the ingredients in such an unconscious and sloppy state. she didnt even look like she was there to work -.-

another one that day was at 1 shop in citylink, my sis n i walked into 1 of the shops. there were no customers at that point of time. when we entered, the employees were chatting. and they continued to do so like we were non-existent. cudn't even be bothered to ask if we needed help.

been tryin to get my math back on track. unfortunately my application of differentiation sucks so much i cant do the supp ws.

left home like late 12 juz to get to yiochukang for special olympics floor hockey. ivan n zh didnt come.

ok so it was pretty weird the way they said training for national games and what the training actually was.

ok at this point of time. i wud like to emphasize on the point that they can all think rather well and are fit. some r much fitter than me in fact. i juz expected more out of their training. we just didnt feel that involved although we were doin the same stuff they were.

when it came to the last 30 mins or so where we played the actual game. so. there was this person on my team who enjoyed to attack me for the puck. he kept whacking my stick like i was his opponenent wtf. i defend get puck wan to clear the court. he come attack my stick. -.-

the puck flew quite out of the court though it was still counted in and i went to get it. and supposedly i was the only one who went to get it. suddenly this fella run and started attacking my stick. i wanted to shout fuck. me n jason were like wtf was that guy's prob. he CAN play. he CAN think well. at last a nice day out of home!

sis n i met up wif mum at centrepoint. my hair was in an entirely screwed up state. it just couldnt stay hovering. it was glued to my hair despite my efforts to wax it up after a bath o.o i looked retarded. not that i look much less retarded with hovering hair.

john little was borin.. nth in the guy's section interested me and i spent an hour waiting for my mum n sis ravage their way thru the heaps of lingerie o.o
